My New Screenplay “Fleedom” has won the following awards.

Fleedom was selected as BEST THRILLER SCREENPLAY and was also SELECTED to participate in the SOCAL FILM AWARDS.

I adapted my short story “Paddy’s Tonsorial Emporium” to a feature screenplay. It has received the following awards.

My Books

Bobby T. Squirrel has a coloring book available on Amazon.com. It’s got a beautiful gloss color cover and sixty 8 1/2″ x 11 1/2″ illustrations. The 24 pound paper is blank on the back of each illustration to prevent blead-through by markers. The price is surprising low at $6.99.


The newest Chicken Soup for the Soul book is available wherever books are sold. My story “The Old Black Phone” is included.


My novel is available on Amazon. A riddle found in Charleston, Illinois in 1967 leads a group of teens on a hunt for John Dillinger’s loot from a 1933 bank robbery in Greencastle, Indiana. It’s a humorous tale for middle schoolers to adults.

I cared for my aged mother for six years. She has Alzheimer’s Disease. In this book I offer suggestions for caregiver’s of people with dementia.

Writing Competitions

Winner – My short story, “Revenge is a Dish Best Served with Pizza” won first place in the Me First Magazine Short Fiction Competition.

Finalist – My short story “Paddy’s Tonsorial Emporium” placed as a finalist in the 2019 Screencraft Short Story Contest (Top 50 of 13,000 entrants).

Through the Ages

My short story won second place in Living Springs Publishers annual Baby Boomers Plus Contest and appears in their “Through the Ages” anthology.  Stories Through the Ages-Baby Boomers Plus is available on Amazon.
